Notes on rates.

Cleaning fees will apply to stays of longer than 5 nights and is currently $60.

 All rates and cleaning fees are subject to tax, currently 12.5%.

Booking notes

25% of your booking cost will confirm your booking, the balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival. A fully refundable $300 breakages deposit is required with your final balance.

Changeover day

The changeover day is normally Saturday but can be flexible if availability allows. Guests may gain access to the property from 2pm on arrival days and must vacate the property by 10am on departure day.
